- Pumpkin seeds (straight from your pumpkin that you are carving)
- EVOO
- Salt
- Lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 325,
Next separate the seeds from the pulp and strings and rinse:
Lay them on an oven sheet, lightly drizzle EVOO, salt and lemon juice. Let them cook about 25 minutes and they will be done.
